Brian Braddock -
Brian's father, James, was charged with a most sacred task
by Merlyn -- to father a king, a man suited for the task of
protecting the Omniverse. Brian was the result of the union
James forged with the woman known as Elizabeth, who was a
resident of Earth-616. Brian later became Captain Britain,
England's foremost hero and a stalwart member of the hero
group known as Excalibur. Brian has recently assumed his
birthright -- the throne of Otherworld, from which he guards
against threats to the Omniverse. |

Betsy Braddock - Betsy Braddock is the sister to Brian Braddock,
the original Captain Britain. Gifted with telepathy, Betsy
fought the forces of evil alongside both her brother and the
X-Men for many years. During her time with the mutant
supergroup, she was transformed into an Oriental ninja after a
trip through the Siege Perilous. Thanks to her brother's
recent transition into the Omniversal Guardian, she has been
restored to her natural form and given the powers and identity
of Captain Britain. |

|
Meggan Braddock - The
beautiful shapechanger is the wife of Brian Braddock and is
the Queen of Otherworld. A former member of Excalibur, Meggan
has learned to deal with her husband's foibles and loves him
nonetheless. Meggan is currently pregnant with their first
child. |

|
Jamie Braddock -
The older brother to Brian and Betsy, Jamie grew up in the
fast lane, loving cars, women and money. Self-serving and
always ready to make an easy buck, Jamie left a trail of
broken lives in his wake. Eventually driven mad by his own
powers when they manifested, Jamie learned that he could warp
reality to suit his twisted desires. Recently, Jamie came into
possession of the Forever Crystal and renamed himself
Infinitus. With an army of the undead at his side, he sought
to remake the universe. He is currently in Brian's custody. |

Saturnyne - Opal
Luna Saturnyne is the Omniversal Majestrix, answering directly
to the ruler of Otherworld. In the past, this has meant that
Saturnyne reported to Roma or Merlyn, but with the recent
change in power, she is now reunited with Brian Braddock, with
whom she has flirted shamelessly in the past. Saturnyne has an
iron will and a keen intellect, making her dangerous to cross.
An evil variant of her, Sat-yr-9, has also plagued Brian in
the past. |

Slaymaster - An
extremely dangerous mercenary and assassin, Slaymaster's true
identity is unknown. A longtime foe of Brian Braddock,
Slaymaster is most remembered for having blinded Betsy
Braddock during her first tenure as Captain Britain. When he
next encountered Brian Braddock, the enraged hero seemed to
end Slaymaster's threat forever by crushing his skull.
Recently, however, the machinations of Jamie Braddock resulted
in Slaymaster's resurrection, as he has pulled from a time
just prior to his death and brought to modern times. |
